Located in southern
Carroll County in west central Iowa, Dedham was incorporated in 1883, 14 years after the first settlers arrived. The residents of Dedham, primarily of German descent, are happy to announce their Quasquicentennial Celebration scheduled for June 27-28, 2008.

The "perfect place to raise a family," Dedham is a small town that comes to life with its many activities and annual celebrations. A town where young and old enjoy each other's company and work together to keep the community thriving.

Dedham extends an invitation to you to "make our town, your town."
